Over six months, from Sept. 2021-March 2022, we worked with the City of Keene on how to better connect two rail trails with their downtown businesses. Our final report shares some of the insights and recommendations for action. Through the Department of Recreation, Parks and Facilities, efforts are already underway on wayfinding improvements and coordination with a region wide branding effort. Destination development observations are also noted and will support future work.
